Revenue Operations Manager
The Intersect Group is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company seeking a strong Revenue Operations leader to enhance AR processes and drive automation. This role involves leading revenue operations during a high growth phase and collaborating across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities
Lead revenue operations during a high growth phase
Drive automation + AI-powered improvements
High visibility with Finance, Sales & Customer Success
End-to-end AR lifecycle: invoicing, collections, cash application, disputes
AR reporting + presenting insights to leadership
Automation initiatives to improve collections and efficiency
Subscription billing + contract based invoicing support
Cross-functional partnership with Sales, CS, Finance & Ops
Building scalable, SaaS-ready AR processes and controls
Qualification
Required
SaaS revenue operations experience (subscription billing, recurring revenue)
Experience with AI-powered collections tools
Tesorio, HighRadius, Upflow, Chaser, YayPay (strong preference)
3+ years in Revenue Operations, AR, or related finance role
Proven success improving DSO and collections KPIs at scale
Startup or high-growth environment experience
Ability to support audits and maintain compliance with revenue policies
