Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise Data Governance Program, defining policies, standards, stewardship models, and data ownership structures
Drive adoption of enterprise data governance policies across business units while ensuring alignment to regulatory and internal audit expectations
Oversee data quality, metadata management, and issue remediation functions to improve data integrity and trust
Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments relating to data management, protection, and quality
Provide strategic leadership on data-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring governance is built into system modernization, cloud adoption, and digital initiatives
Prioritize and oversee remediation programs tied to regulatory commitments, M&As, and internal audit issues; and
Assist in the formation of the AI Center of Excellence (ADE)
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Protection, Cybersecurity GRC, or enterprise data management
Strong command of data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and enterprise data architecture concepts
Preferred
CDPSE, CDP, PMP, and/or, CIPT certifications a plus
