New Grad, Entry LevelAdvantage Technical is a leading company in the Houston area. They are seeking an Electrical Drafter to create detailed technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics for electrical systems using CAD software.

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed wiring diagrams, circuit layouts, and schematics for electrical systems, power distribution, and electronic assemblies
Utilize Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) systems (like AutoCAD) to create and store electronic drawings
Work with engineers and project managers to develop designs and incorporate specifications
Assemble complete drawing sets, including connection specifications and installation guides, for construction teams
Work under the guidance of senior staff to create electrical drawings that support communication, evaluation, and implementation of engineering solutions
Follow required procedures to meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and internal codes
Perform data collection and analysis. Additionally, perform basic data entry
Qualification
Required
Experience with AutoCAD
Preferred
SolidWorks is a plus, but not required
