Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and capture new business & potential partnerships
Capture customer needs (VOC), stay updated on current technologies & products to guide and build upon company’s success
Travel 20 – 50% domestic & International to Corp Headquarters, customers, trade shows, conferences etc
Qualification
Required
Current experience developing new business development relationships & capturing critical programs with DEFENSE MARITIME customers (PENTAGON ~ US NAVY ~ SHIPBUILDERS ~ US COAST GUARD) for critical survivability solutions & protection systems
Existing DoD / Gov't MARITIME rolodex to cover the entire US capturing contracts & awards
Ability to navigate the Pentagon, Naval PEO Offices, and shipbuilders & shipyards
Current Business Development experience with NAVY / NAVAL PROGRAMS (preferably with shipbuilding or for major systems found on MILITARY vessels)
Identify, pursue, and capture new business & potential partnerships
Capture customer needs (VOC), stay updated on current technologies & products to guide and build upon company's success
Travel 20 – 50% domestic & International to Corp Headquarters, customers, trade shows, conferences etc
US Citizenship required + DoD clearance
