Required
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and engage potential clients
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
Experience in Account Management to maintain client accounts and ensure long-term growth
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred
Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus
