Responsibilities
Own the monthly close process and produce comprehensive monthly financial reporting packages
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across a complex, multi-program environment
Manage grants, funding, and compliance requirements typical of nonprofit healthcare organizations
Partner with leadership on board reporting and ad hoc financial requests
Evaluate and streamline cost center structure and accounting processes
Lead, mentor, and build out the accounting team as the organization grows
Collaborate closely with revenue cycle and healthcare operations (experience here is a plus)
Qualification
Required
CPA required
Background managing grants, funding sources, and compliance
Experience overseeing budgets of at least $25–30M+
~10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people management
Preferred
Experience in nonprofit and healthcare environments strongly preferred
Experience collaborating closely with revenue cycle and healthcare operations
