Responsibilities
Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial modeling, industry research, and qualitative analysis
Build and maintain detailed operating and LBO models
Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal investment committee discussions
Support transaction execution, including coordination with advisors, legal counsel, and management teams
Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence
Actively monitor portfolio company performance and assist with value creation initiatives
Participate in portfolio management, board materials, and exit planning
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a comparable investing role
Exceptionally strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, thoughtful, and intellectually curious
Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with open dialogue and mentorship
Interest in building a long-term career in private equity
