Responsibilities
Lead all agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Enable fit-for-purpose agile ways of working for physical product innovation
Partner with Product Owner and Marketing Lead to manage end-to-end innovation & commercialization
Build, manage, and continuously adapt project timelines in highly ambiguous environments
Remove blockers across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams
Track and report agile metrics (capacity, maturity, CSAT, velocity)
Maintain visibility through clear documentation of sprint goals, backlog, risks, and decisions
Coach teams on agile principles while flexing frameworks to fit business needs
Support test-and-learn launches, packaging changes, formula updates, and machinery timelines
Align stakeholders and ensure shared ownership across the pod
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
Food & Beverage industry experience (required)
Hands-on experience with physical product innovation
Strong background in operations-focused innovation, including:
Supply chain development
Factory engineering
Manufacturing or machinery changes
Deep understanding of commercialization processes
Packaging changes
Formula changes
Feasibility and manufacturing constraints
Agile expertise with 1–2+ years running sprints and agile ceremonies
Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate independently
Strong communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Experience supporting global or cross-regional teams
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous innovation environments
