Responsibilities

Provide daily oversight, coaching, and development to a team of three Senior Compensation Consultants
Promote a collaborative, high‑performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
Set expectations, assign work, and monitor progress toward team goals
Lead the design, administration, and optimization of base pay programs, annual incentives, and sales compensation structures
Ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives
Maintain strong subject matter expertise in general, sales, and executive compensation programs
Maintain job architecture, salary structures, and compensation governance frameworks
Oversee accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of compensation systems and processes
Partner with HRIS and payroll to enhance systems, data integrity, and reporting capabilities
Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation strategy and complex program issues
Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and regulatory compliance reviews
Communicate compensation philosophy and program updates to stakeholders clearly and effectively
Lead or support cross‑functional total rewards and process improvement initiatives
Monitor market trends and best practices to drive enhancements to compensation programs

Required

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
7+ years of progressive compensation experience with strong background in sales compensation and/or executive compensation
Previous experience managing compensation professionals
Strong analytical skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
