Chief Operating Officer
Morrow & Associates is a high-growth, privately held real estate investment firm focused on medical office properties. They are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operations, asset management, property management, and leasing across a national portfolio.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all day-to-day operations across a national medical office portfolio totaling approximately 3 million square feet and 350 tenants
Own and integrate asset management, property management, leasing, and corporate operations
Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and portfolio value creation
Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement
Partner closely with the Managing Director and executive leadership on strategy, investments, and long-term growth
Support acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, helping guide transaction execution and portfolio optimization
Lead performance management, budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and reporting
Serve as a visible executive leader across the portfolio with regular market and property engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in private equity real estate, asset management, portfolio operations, or entrepreneurial real estate platforms
Deep working knowledge of leasing, property management, and asset management
Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing budgets, forecasting, and portfolio performance
Demonstrated success balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
Experience operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, privately held environments
Track record of driving accountability, urgency, and operational improvement
Preferred
Yardi and/or VTS experience preferred
