Responsibilities
Serve as a company administrator for our banking program to manage user access, open new accounts, account maintenance, and user support for bank portal training and reporting
Facilitate review and release of shared services accounts payable and treasury payments
Manage corporate credit card processes and audits to ensure oversight of and compliance with Company policies
Provide treasury process and reporting support, including cash flow reporting, debt financing, and tax payment processing
Support state and local tax requirements, including sales and use, property, and other taxes
Review and approve new vendor submissions and vendor expert changes, ensuring adherence to company policies, segregation of duties, and fraud prevention practices
Maintain banking, treasury, and compliance related policy documentation, ensuring up to date SOPs and policies
Provide Finance related project administration support for the team
Other responsibilities or duties as required
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in general accounting, shared services, treasury, or tax
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Highly collaborative communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to explain complex matters or processes to all audience levels
Demonstrated ability to create a project plan and milestones to accomplish broad, long-term projects
Achieve and maintain high level of accuracy with data entry and detailed documentation
Preferred
Experience supporting payments, vendor setup, banking portals, or related finance processes preferred
