Responsibilities

Setup and maintain projects in ERP system throughout project life cycle
Prepare project financial forecasting, analyze project data, assist with operational level reporting ensuring that data in ERP system data is up to date for Operational Revenue reports
Work closely with key stakeholders including engineering, procurement and construction management to properly sequence the work, assess durations, and enhance the overall quality and accuracy of the plan
Utilize resource loading to coordinate the project's earned value system
Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders
Completes monthly earned value reporting for Engineering, Construction Management, and CQV projects
Develop and maintain the cost reporting and cash flow for selected projects
Present and provide department updates to cross functional teams and operational leaders
Prepare client invoicing (AIA billing for construction projects)
Invoice Management (AP and AR)
Serve as the point of contact for Project Managers and concerns regarding project controls issues and invoices

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Finance or related field required
2-5 years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to demonstrate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), earned value, and cost control
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced knowledge of Excel

Preferred

AIA billing experience preferred
Working knowledge with the following software applications: Deltek, Oracle, and Procore
Experience working on Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology projects preferred
Experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPCM) projects
