Responsibilities
Assist customers with various financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Perform accurate and timely processing of customer transactions
Provide excellent customer service and actively listen to and address customer questions or concerns
Understand customer requirements and introduce them to new products and services
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals
Maintain and assure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations; adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least one (1) year of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred
Cash handling or sales experience
