Responsibilities

Set the goal and direction for multiple programs by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and running multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/ governance/standards
Drive consistency between cloud processes and central processes. Bring visibility and strengthen communication across the teams
Enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery across the complete portfolio of cloud products and solutions
Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other Technical Program Manager (TPM) groups, to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), release on time, bring tooling for efficiencies and help the teams you are engaged with in execution
Lead and mentor project staff and team members

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience with stakeholder management
Experience working with data analytics
Experience with portfolio management

Preferred

10 years of experience in program management
Experience running large cross-organization programs
Ability to exercise technical judgment and demonstrate an understanding of infrastructure/systems
