Responsibilities

Lead and manage HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met
Prepare and review project estimates and change orders
Oversee the design, installation, and retrofit of HVAC systems in commercial buildings such as hospitals and schools
Implement building automation systems to enhance energy efficiency and control
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Forecast project needs and allocate resources effectively
Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations related to HVAC installations
You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
