Process checks, deposits, and credit card payments with accuracy and speed
Follow established procedures to ensure receipts are handled efficiently
Partner with the Customer Service Team to improve processes and deliver a seamless customer experience
Reach out to customers for payment clarifications or missed payments
Support daily operations with scanning, organizing, and cataloging documents
Qualification
Required
A basic understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with accounting software
At least 1 year of education or experience in general accounting
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, internet, and word processing tools
A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
