Responsibilities
Operate reactors, thin tanks, bulk tanks, and other vessels
Operate manufacturing equipment pumps, valves, agitators, etc
Operate drawing and filling equipment such as scales and flow meters
Charging and discharging following standard Double Check Procedure
Monitor quality of product in manufacturing and packaging areas to include OTMIS, cycles, fill levels, package appearance, fill weights, and raw material quality
Communicate to supervisors any maintenance, quality, or safety issues
Reading and following instructions in all areas of the production floor, manufacturing, filling, etc
Participate in housekeeping activities that are indicative of a safe and clutter free work environment
Qualification
Required
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
Preferred
At least have one (1) year of work experience operating machinery in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
At least have one (1) year of work experience monitoring gauges, dials, or other machinery indicators to ensure proper operation of machinery
At least have one (1) year of work experience monitoring the quality of raw materials and/or finished goods?
