Responsibilities
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with financial reporting and account reconciliations
Support audit requests and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Assist with payroll support, contractor payments, and commission calculations
Work within NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of general ledger accounting experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing finance team
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
