This position is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely creation and delivery of client invoices, payment processing, and the maintenance of client billing records.

Responsibilities
Gather data, create bills and forward bills to customers
Respond to billing inquiries
Set up and modify customer profiles in Advantage and other manual applications
Send out emails for each product to get approval for monthly billing invoices by the SLA
Conduct monthly meetings with Implementation Specialists for circuit additions/deletions to validate client billing is performed as intended
Maintain accurate customer billing records
Support audits and ensure compliance with departmental and company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Experienced with Advantage application or similar billing systems
Ability to reconcile system reports against billing systems
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders i.e. Finance, Product and Implementation in a high demand, team-oriented environment
Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with customers and internal teams
Strong communication skills
Analytical and detail oriented
Preferred
Working knowledge of AT&T or similar telecommunications provider billing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
