Mid, Senior LevelICX Group is seeking an experienced project manager or consultant for a critical digital asset management system implementation within the architecture, engineering, and construction sector. This role involves guiding the entire deployment process, from initial discovery and configuration to training and successful handover, ensuring the platform is optimally structured from inception.

Responsibilities
Supervise the implementation process for a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform
Coordinate the migration and transfer of digital assets from multiple sources
Ensure accuracy, proper classification, and optimal system configuration (metadata schemas, taxonomies, and folder structures)
Oversee change management strategies and promote solution adoption
Develop standard operating procedures and facilitate knowledge transfer
Qualification
Required
Must have direct OpenAsset implementation experience (technology implementation + process design)
Must have a background in AEC or construction industry, with an understanding of construction data
Proven background in project management, specifically for operational initiatives
A demonstrated ability to create scalable data frameworks and maintain data quality
Strong organizational capabilities with a focus on detail and data integrity
Experience supporting the deployment of new software or technical systems
If remote - must be open to travel to HQ for kickoff and milestone meetings
