Responsibilities

Track music license workflow, from selection through contracting
Audit royalty payments, proactively help solve issues
Document and circulate timely feedback from beatmappers & production
Support individual music processes where needed
Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts
Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested

Qualification

Project managementCross-functional team alignmentOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsPassion for music

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or a related role
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams
Experience facilitating cross-functional team alignment and driving project momentum
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Comfortable handling both strategic planning and tactical execution
Experience supporting product or creative teams in tech, gaming, music, or media

Preferred

Experience in project management
Enthusiasm for music, gaming, or emerging interactive technologies
