Responsibilities

Drive Product Strategy: Own the roadmap for our Identity Platform, ensuring our identity resolution engine remains the fastest and most accurate in the B2B market
Master the Adoption Lifecycle: Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Success to design intuitive onboarding and "aha moments" that drive self-service adoption and long-term retention
Lead Product Development: Work closely with a team of world-class engineers and designers to turn complex technology into accessible, high-value products
Optimize the Ecosystem: Ensure identity data flows seamlessly into the broader ZoomInfo platform and third-party integrations, maximizing the downstream value for our users
Analyze for Impact: Define and track core metrics—including match rates, activation, and customer ROI—to inform the success of your product areas
Navigate the Market: Understand the competitive landscape and shifting privacy regulations to deliver GTM features that are recognized as best-in-industry

Qualification

Required

5+ Years of SaaS PM Experience: Proven track record of managing platform-level or data-heavy products
Identity & AdTech Knowledge: Deep understanding of the B2B identity landscape, including identity resolution, IP-to-Company mapping, and the 'cookieless' future. Familiarity with Real-Time Bidding (RTB) or the AdTech ecosystem is highly preferred
Adoption & Growth Mindset: You measure success by active usage and customer outcomes. You have experience optimizing funnels and driving engagement for technical products
Technical Fluency: Ability to partner as a peer with Engineering and Data Science. Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Snowflake) is required to make data-driven decisions
Privacy & Compliance: Knowledge of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and a commitment to building 'privacy-by-design' products
Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to translate technical platform complexities into clear, value-based narratives for executives and customers
GTM Alignment: Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics and how identity data fuels the modern marketing and sales stack
