Responsibilities
Service, troubleshoot, and maintain complex HVAC systems
Perform system startups and support testing activities
Read and work from mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules
Identify issues, recommend solutions, and execute high-quality work
Communicate clearly with project teams, site contacts, and clients
Maintain compliance with codes, safety standards, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Active HVAC license (Journeyman, Master, or Contractor level depending on jurisdiction)
EPA 608 Universal Certification
6+ years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of work quality
Professional, reliable, and client-facing in active job sites
Preferred
Experience working on engineered construction projects or alongside MEP teams
Comfort reading mechanical plans and coordination drawings
Exposure to commissioning, testing, or design-build environments
OEM certifications (Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, Johnson Controls)
Union or NCCER training
