Responsibilities
Developing and managing loan payment schedules
Tracking and monitoring loan agreements and payments
Assessing and monitoring borrower risk
Analyzing individual borrower's financials, monitoring overall portfolio performance, and identify trends or risks to ensure long term viability
Ensuring compliance with all contractual, funding, and reporting requirements
Managing impact and annual reporting to measure outcomes
Maintaining data collection tools, prepare unified portfolio reports for funders, provide insights for decision-making, and assess monitoring costs and potential credit risks
Qualification
Required
Experience in loan servicing and portfolio management activities
Ability to design, develop, implement, execute, manage, and continually improve loan servicing and portfolio management strategies, systems, policies, and processes
Knowledge of compliance with loan repayment schedules and all contractual, funding, and reporting requirements
Experience in assessing and monitoring borrower risk and overall portfolio performance
Ability to manage loss reserve and identify trends or risks to ensure long-term viability
Experience in developing and managing loan payment schedules
Ability to track and monitor loan agreements and payments
Experience in analyzing individual borrower's financials
Ability to prepare unified portfolio reports for funders and provide insights for decision-making
Experience in maintaining data collection tools
