Responsibilities
Assist in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes with the focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Ability to analyze excel rates to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, use of lean manufacturing principles, identify root causes of production issues and assist with corrective actions
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program majoring in Engineering
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Candidates must have experience with AutoCAD, proficiency in excel, problem-solving skills, and possibly exposure to lean or six sigma
Willing and able to work on-site at our Hartsville, SC location
Applicants MUST be US Citizens or Green Card Holders due to Carpenter's government contracts
