Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Support annual operating and capital budgeting in partnership with department leaders
Prepare forecasts, reforecasts, and variance analyses to reflect changing priorities and funding
Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Build and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives, program growth, scenario analysis, and long-range planning
Conduct ad hoc analyses, including cost-benefit and funding impact assessments, to support leadership decisions
Develop, track, and analyze KPIs and operational metrics aligned with organizational goals
Prepare clear financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders
Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial audiences
Partner cross-functionally to improve financial visibility, accountability, and resource utilization
Identify and implement improvements to FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial models, pivot tables, complex formulas)
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively
