Systems Engineering & Verification Engineer
Rolls-Royce is a leading company in innovation and engineering, seeking talented engineers to join their Systems Engineering & Verification team. The role involves system design integration, problem resolution, and technical analysis throughout the product lifecycle for the FLRAA AE 1107F engine program.

Responsibilities
Use of system integration & system modelling tools. Strong use and understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, and theories
Coordinate activities across stakeholders to define, manage and meet interdependencies between subsystems to meet requirements
Building and assessing Systems Engineering and architecture models using a modelling methodology to conduct technical assessments and recommendations that inform key technical decisions
Use your basic understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques to capture structural, behavioral, parametric and requirement aspects of the system
Problem resolution including ownership of, for example: root cause investigations, problem reports, safety investigations, quality concerns, major quality investigations, Drawing Alteration Requests (DARs)
Use of strong written and verbal communications skills
Support and present concepts during technical design reviews
Communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions
Creative thinker and multi-tasker
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience; OR
Master's degree in Engineering; OR
JD/PhD in Engineering
Systems Engineering / Systems Integration experience
