Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the concrete contracting sector
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and networking
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
Lead contract negotiations and bid management processes
Coordinate with project management teams to align client expectations with project capabilities
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Oversee preconstruction activities including estimating and proposal development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
10+ Years Experience in field masonry & concrete experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business development within the construction industry, preferably concrete contracting
Strong knowledge of concrete, masonry, and restoration processes
Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
Excellent client relationship management skills
Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Exceptional networking skills and ability to build professional relationships
Familiarity with project management and estimating processes in construction
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
