Responsibilities
Serve as a primary support contact for clients, responding to inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and banking services
Assist with account opening, maintenance, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Process routine banking transactions and service requests, including wires, ACH, cashier’s checks, and account updates
Support relationship managers, branch staff, or operations teams with administrative and client service tasks
Ensure adherence to BSA/AML, KYC, and internal compliance procedures
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within banking systems
Identify service issues or process gaps and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution
Deliver a professional, courteous client experience while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent banking experience
Previous experience in banking, financial services, or client service
Strong understanding of banking products, account structures, and service processes
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office
