Responsibilities
Lead complex business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment of processes with corporate strategy
Facilitate, capture, and design end‑to‑end processes
Understand & effectively articulate business value of building agentic solutions
Evaluate and implement use cases across operations and IT to accelerate Agentic transformation
Facilitate workshops with executive stakeholders to define vision, target state, and value frameworks
Present findings, roadmaps, and business cases to client leaders with strong storytelling and visualization skills
Identify automation opportunities and facilitate the future state process design
Use task mining and process analytics to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
Develop automation roadmaps
Design of AI‑augmented process solutions leveraging GenAI models, copilots, and next‑gen automation capabilities
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience leading (sub-)projects within large-scale transformation, process optimization, or automation programs
Expertise in domains: BPM, workflow tools, process mining, GenAI
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Strong analytical capabilities combined with strategic thinking and hands-on implementation
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with experience engaging client leadership
Self Starter with a collaborative mindset, a builder
Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
