The Safety Administrator will provide administrative support, manage data, and ensure compliance with project standards while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and high-volume data management
Gain and manage access to vendor work order portals in accordance with provided instructions
Utilize tracking sheets and portals to monitor project completion and progress
Conduct thorough reviews of weekly vendor reports to ensure compliance with project standards
Maintain comprehensive tracking records for all projects
Provide regular updates on project completion metrics to the Program Manager
Report any installation or vendor performance issues to the Program Manager
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate record-keeping in relevant administrative systems
Handle repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within our processes and policies
Demonstrate a history of teamwork and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
Be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet time-sensitive tasks
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional or military experience
1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
High school or equivalent
Are 18 years of age or older
Preferred
Experience with end-to-end project management
