This role will focus on identity administration, user lifecycle management, and hands-on user support.

Responsibilities
Manage users, groups, roles, and licenses in Microsoft Entra ID
Implement conditional access, MFA, SSPR, and governance standards
Administer Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online permissions and policies
Support Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, Autopilot, and Defender for Office 365
Manage user lifecycle processes including joiner/mover/leaver activities and entitlement reviews
Own and resolve L2/L3 tickets for Microsoft 365 services and perform root cause analysis
Automate tasks using PowerShell and admin tools to maintain system hygiene and reporting
Collaborate with engineering teams on migrations, change control, and documentation
Produce reports on service health, compliance, ticket SLAs, and license utilization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience in SMB or enterprise environments
hands-on experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Intune
proficiency in identity lifecycle management, license optimization, and security enforcement
demonstrated skill in PowerShell for administrative and reporting tasks
ability to translate technical issues into clear guidance for end users
experience supporting tickets using ITSM tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams
familiarity with multi-tenant environments and cross-tenant administration
understanding of hybrid Exchange, Entra Connect, and migration processes
Preferred
exposure to Microsoft Purview, Defender for Endpoint, or AVD/Windows 365 is a plus
