Inbound Inside Sales Representative
SpeedPro Commercial Graphics is a company that creates visual experiences through large-format printing and graphics. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound sales opportunities, drive revenue through proactive engagement, and ensure seamless transitions to operations for project execution.
Printing
Responsibilities
Use software/data to point the team to new opportunities and leads
Move opportunities through the pipeline at max speed and close business
Price with discipline and protect margin
Connect and coordinate marketing + sales activities so no opportunity is left behind
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and web leads
Coordinate lead flow and basic marketing vendor activity (minimal content creation)
Ensure every lead is captured, tracked, and acted on
Maintain impeccable organization and detail through our CRM and quoting tools
Build and manage a clean pipeline: quotes sent, follow-ups due, aging opportunities
Proactively identify and pursue: warm leads, reactivations, and expansion opportunities
Run discovery: clarify scope, timeline, site conditions, files/art, install needs
Create estimates/quotes using our software systems
For complex new construction projects, provide 'take-off' estimates within scope from provided plans
Present quotes confidently (options, value framing, clear next steps)
Follow up persistently and professionally until the opportunity is won or closed out
Follow established pricing guardrails (minimums, complexity considerations, etc.)
Understand cost-plus pricing and value-based pricing models and when to apply both
Create “Definition of Ready” handoffs so Ops can execute flawlessly
Before Operations owns the job, you will compile and confirm:
Final specs (sizes, materials, finishing)
Art/proof status + customer approvals
Install/delivery requirements + site notes/photos (when needed)
Timeline constraints + special instructions
Any vendor coordination details
