Responsibilities
You will lead and grow a North American sales team, initially managing a small group of Account Executives with plans to scale
This role blends leadership with execution
You will own a revenue target, personally support strategic deals, and ensure consistent pipeline health and forecasting accuracy
Key responsibilities include driving disciplined weekly operating rhythms, coaching sellers across prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing, and partnering closely with Marketing and RevOps to convert demand into high-quality pipeline
You will also play a critical role in defining scalable sales processes, refining sales methodologies, and helping shape the long-term go-to-market strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
At least 2+ years managing sellers
Experience selling into HR, people operations, workforce technology, or adjacent enterprise software environments
Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Understanding of modern sales methodologies, pipeline mechanics, and CRM-driven forecasting
Effective in the field closing deals and in the boardroom discussing pipeline predictability and growth strategy
