Responsibilities
Leverage QuickBooks to support sales processes and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
Utilize logistics knowledge to ensure prompt delivery and service to clients
Work in-office as needed to coordinate with team members and support sales operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales
Familiarity with the construction and tile industries is highly desirable
Proficiency in using QuickBooks for sales management and recordkeeping
Strong organizational skills and understanding of logistics processes
Ability to work effectively in an office setting and collaborate with team members
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as needed
Preferred
Previous administrative and logistics experience, ideally with exposure to both B2B and B2C markets
Background in construction, tile, or a related industry
Experience using QuickBooks for sales and order processing
Strong organizational skills with understanding of logistics best practices
In-office work experience
Effective communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects
