Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to delivery
Align user needs with business goals and technical feasibility
Work closely with product, engineering, and client teams
Partner with global clients, communicating design decisions confidently
Use the latest AI-assisted design tools to enhance speed and quality
Apply functional understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory needs, and accessibility standards
Ensure designs comply with MedTech guidelines and clinical safety requirements
Craft high-quality visual designs, layouts, and interactive prototypes
Build user flows, wireframes, and design systems for enterprise SaaS applications
Optimize experiences across web, mobile, and multi-platform ecosystems
Mentor junior designers and provide direction across projects
Champion best practices in responsive SaaS design, usability, and accessibility
Conduct usability testing, interviews, and heuristic evaluations
Incorporate user feedback into iterative design improvements
Stay updated on UX trends, emerging technologies, design systems, and MedTech interface standards
Bring forward new ideas to enhance user workflows and product efficiency
Create detailed design specifications, journey maps, flow diagrams, and interaction models
Work with development teams to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field
Strong portfolio showcasing complex UX/UI work for enterprise or healthcare/MedTech products
6+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
Expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping tools
Deep understanding of responsive SaaS design, iOS/Android standards, and user-centered methodologies
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience mentoring junior designers or leading small design teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project consulting environment
