Responsibilities
Architect/Lead development of complex data solutions and analytics pipelines using SQL and modern data platforms
Drive end-to-end analytics for telecom billing and subscription, including revenue assurance, churn analysis, billing accuracy, and subscription lifecycle management
Collaborate with senior business and finance stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities, translate needs into technical solutions, and communicate actionable insights
Provide technical leadership in developing scalable reports, dashboards, and predictive models for key telecom KPIs (ARPU, revenue leakage, customer churn, plan performance)
Guide integration and analytics around carrier access billing systems and enterprise billing platforms like Zuora
Mentor and lead junior analysts and data engineers, establishing best practices for data governance, model documentation, and analytics delivery
Ensure compliance with telecom regulatory requirements in analytics solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years in data analytics or data engineering with substantial telecom billing, subscription, or revenue experience
Expert SQL skills with proven ability to optimize and manage large-scale analytics databases
Experience with SAP/BRIM/Billing systems is must
Hands-on experience with carrier access billing systems and/or Zuora or equivalent subscription billing platforms
Deep understanding of telecom finance and operational KPIs (ARPU, churn, dunning, revenue recognition)
Experience building and leading analytics teams or initiatives in technology-driven, data-centric environments
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau etc) and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) preferred
