Responsibilities
Lead Private Equity and M&A transactions across buyout, growth equity, and strategic corporate deals
Manage complex negotiations, deal structuring, and cross-border execution
Develop and expand relationships with PE sponsors, corporates, and investment banks
Collaborate with Tax, Finance, Funds, and Restructuring to deliver integrated client service
Contribute to practice growth through business development and thought leadership
Key Projects advising on large-cap and mid-market Private Equity buyouts
Leading cross-border M&A transactions involving multiple jurisdictions
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in Private Equity and M&A within leading US law firms
Strong track record executing complex corporate transactions
Ability to originate, manage, and expand client relationships
Portable relationships, commercial judgement, leadership capability, and collaborative working style
J.D. and admission to the New York Bar
