Senior Legal Recruitment Assistant
SearchPointNY is actively seeking a Senior Attorney Recruitment Assistant for a hybrid and full-time position. The role involves coordinating the recruitment process and managing various administrative tasks related to legal recruitment.
Responsibilities
Coordinates all aspects of the on-campus (OCI) and lateral interview process
Maintains the applicant tracking database (WorkDay)
Organizes the OCI calendar and on-campus events
Schedules callback interviews; prepares and distributes interview schedules; gathers interview evaluations
Helps plan and execute social and training events
Coordinates event planning for office events and attorney engagement
Acts as a point of contact for attorneys, summer associates and applicants
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
3+ years of related legal administrative or recruitment experience is REQUIRED
Law Firm experience
Legal Recruitment Experience is a Plus, but related Law Firm experience of 1-3+ years also will be considered
Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel) with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
Preferred
Experience w/Workday is HIGHLY PREFERRED
Knowledge of Legal Recruitment systems: FloRecruit, Symplicity and other operating systems
