Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic consultations and timely communication
Develop and implement customized business immigration strategies for complex matters
Conduct consultations to assess eligibility across multiple visa categories
Prepare and file non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications
Research immigration law developments and advise clients accordingly
Oversee preparation of case materials to ensure accuracy and compliance
Organize and manage client files, maintaining data integrity
Accompany clients to interviews and proceedings when required
Identify opportunities for client engagement and business development
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of business immigration experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
New York State Bar admission in good standing
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with excellent time management abilities
