Responsibilities
Develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with business objectives and PE value-creation plans
Lead the modernization and integration of decentralized systems into a standardized, scalable enterprise architecture
Drive ERP and manufacturing systems initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to improve operational performance and decision-making
Oversee enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, ensuring resiliency, compliance, and scalability
Partner closely with manufacturing leadership and the PMO to lead and drive change, ensuring disciplined execution of major initiatives
Improve automation, system uptime, and data integrity across multi-site manufacturing operations
Build and lead a high-performing IT organization and manage strategic vendor relationships
Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition system integration to enable future growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior leadership roles
Proven success leading IT transformations in manufacturing or industrial environments, with hands-on discrete manufacturing experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, shop-floor systems, and operational data flows
ERP and cybersecurity experience strongly desired
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and lead large-scale change initiatives
Preferred
Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in private equity–backed or high-growth environments
