Responsibilities
Deliver structured, confidential executive coaching sessions designed to enhance leadership skills and team effectiveness
Assess the official’s leadership style, team dynamics, and areas for growth using proven frameworks and/or assessment tools
Collaborate with the official to co-create and implement actionable leadership development plans that align with the demands of public service
Offer strategies and guidance on effective team building, conflict resolution, communication, and stakeholder engagement
Monitor progress, provide regular feedback, and flexibly adjust coaching approaches as needs evolve
Recommend reading, workshops, or other relevant professional development resources as appropriate
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in organizational development, psychology, public administration, or related field
5+ years of executive coaching experience
1+ year of experience demonstrating an understanding of, or experience working within, government or public sector organizations
1+ year of experience with a proven track record developing senior leaders, particularly in guiding team leadership and organizational culture change
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities; able to build trust with senior officials and provide candid, constructive feedback
Preferred
Advanced degree in related field
Coaching certification from a recognized body is strongly preferred
