Growth Marketer (Remote)
White Label Loyalty is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform helping brands build smarter loyalty and engagement programmes. They are seeking a motivated Growth Marketer to drive demand and lead generation through hands-on execution across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels
Manage and optimise paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting)
Own email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing journeys
Support content distribution across social and owned channels
Track and report on performance across the funnel
Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Qualification
Required
3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS or growth marketing
Proven experience with PPC, email, and social campaigns that generate qualified leads
Data-driven mindset and comfort with testing and optimisation
Hands-on experience growing B2B social channels
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
Strong copywriting and campaign execution skills
Preferred
a creative comfortable with graphic design and/or video editing tools, such as Canva or Adobe Premiere Pro
