Responsibilities
Preparation of a wide range legal documents (pleadings, discovery, motions, oppositions, et al)
Review case files to ensure that all necessary information is complete and accurate
Communicating with clients
Record and store client information in our case management system
Assist in the preparation of case files for settlement and trial
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years experience as a paralegal for a NEW YORK plaintiff's personal injury litigation firm (this is a deal breaker)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Preferred
Ability to speak and read Spanish is a BIG plus
