Responsibilities
Partner closely with MAI Content Leadership to drive strategic planning, execution, and alignment
Lead special projects and initiatives that span across the MAI Content teams. These include both strategic efforts and project execution that brings direct value to our customers
Lead and manage business rhythms including leadership meetings, all-hands, and planning cycles
Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of key priorities
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to leadership, enabling clarity and focus
Manage communications and change management across the organization
Support organizational health efforts, including culture, inclusion, and team effectiveness
Coordinate with finance, Human Resources, and other support functions to ensure operational efficiency. This includes Position Control Number (PCN) and Headcount (HC) management as well as communication to hiring managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources or business-related roles + OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Master of Business Administration Degree in relevant field (e.g., Engineering)
Proven experience with excel (spreadsheets)
Proven experience in Chief of Staff, program management, or strategic operations roles within technical or product organizations
Proven understanding of engineering and product development processes
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment
Experience with strategic planning, business operations, and executive communications
Passion for technology, innovation, and building inclusive teams
