Prepare and support employment-based immigration petitions from intake through filing

Assess visa options and develop case strategies tailored to employer needs
Draft legal arguments, responses, and supporting documentation
Conduct regular client status calls and provide strategic immigration guidance
Coordinate and manage internal teams and workflow for immigration matters
Track deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of employment-based immigration experience
Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes
Active bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction
Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills

Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
