Responsibilities
3D modeling of mechanical piping systems in Revit
Coordinating with internal BIM, engineering, and field teams
Working heavily with Aquatherm/thermoplastic piping systems (experience is great, not required)
Supporting large‑scale data center builds with exposure to mission‑critical environments
Participating in team coordination, clash resolution, and workflow improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong Revit experience
Solid grounding in piping modelling
The ability to work closely within a BIM/VDC team
Preferred
Aquatherm / PP‑R / PP‑RCT experience
Navisworks
Data center, mission‑critical, or industrial sector background
