Front of House Administrator
KCOM is a company dedicated to community and innovation, and they are seeking a confident and experienced Front of House Administrator to provide a professional reception service at their main office. This role is essential for managing incoming and outgoing communications and ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.

Responsibilities
Deliver a consistent and professional reception service for the KCOM office
Handle all incoming telephone calls
Meet and greet visitors, sign them in and provide Guest Wi‑Fi access
Coordinate service-related tasks through the Estates helpdesk
Raise access permits for contractors
Support business events, including set‑ups
Carry out regular checks to maintain meeting rooms and breakout areas
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier items
Raise Purchase Orders for estates-related activities via the finance system
Qualification
Required
Proven reception or front‑of‑house experience in a customer‑facing environment
Confident dealing with both internal and external customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
General office administration experience
IT literate, confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
First aid training
Fire warden training
