The role focuses on building long-term relationships with customers and developing new business through sales calls and account management.

Support existing customer services with reply to inquiries and request for invoice materials
Build target list of potential customers, draft pitch letter and schedule sales appointments
Participate in standing sales meeting with sales manager
Document/update customer service information in customer database
Coordinate accounts receivable to prevent past due balances

Required
