Responsibilities
Provide professional, accurate, and efficient support for incoming calls from customers and field operations teams
Troubleshoot hardware issues and assist with service desk tasks
Serve as a backup operator to help maintain system integrity
Monitor system alerts, error logs, and communication networks; escalate issues according to established procedures
Enter and validate data within scheduling systems
Complete daily checklist tasks with accuracy and consistency
Participate as a team member on assigned projects
Perform User Acceptance Testing for new software releases
Complete system configuration requests as assigned
Identify processing errors, perform preliminary troubleshooting, and escalate when necessary
Support additional duties as assigned
Work during designated blackout periods aligned with high-attendance operational days
Qualification
Required
Entry‑level IT or service desk experience
Strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn
Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with a small, supportive team
Openness to taking on new tasks and adapting to evolving needs
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Experience with help desk or technical support environments
